Athlete Apparel Sizing Forms will be posted on this website upon receipt of payment for your teams entry.

1) Please download the AAU REGISTRATION FORM and fill out athlete information - please remember to include Leo sizing

2) Email a copy to cemery@premierathletics

3) Mail a printed copy along with payment made out to Premier Athletics
